Since all our products are custom made from mostly individual crafters we only allow returns for 48 hours after delivery for most normal orders.
If an item is defective or damaged contact support (with pictures) within 3 business days.
Once the item is received by us we will issue a refund with a 20% restocking charge.
For standard non custom orders:
You can request and receive a full refund up to the time the seller processes the order for shipping. The exact timeline depends on the specifics detailed on the product page.
If the item is already shipped than you will need to return the item to get a refund with the buyer paying for return shipping.
